Mark Berk
Mark has spent over two decades at the centre of global inter-dealer brokerage. He came up through a major British clearing institution during a period when the rates desk was running hard and the risk management was not. He watched a colleague's book unravel in real time. He watched leadership change hands under circumstances nobody planned for. He did not fold. At Roaches, he is building the firm he always wanted to work for — one where the desk is never the last to know.

Pablo brings a forensic approach to risk architecture that most firms only discover they needed after the fact. He has spent his career building frameworks that hold under pressure — not just on paper. At Roaches, he owns the infrastructure that keeps the desk honest.

Adamm LeMann
Adamm has spent his career at the sharp end of rates markets — through quantitative easing, through the unwind, through the periods when nobody was quite sure what the curve was doing or why. He has seen the flagship Listed Treasury Options desk from every angle. At Roaches, he leads the market we are most proud of: the one where we are number one.
